i’ve heard “Perfect: a Novel by Natasha Friend”, “ The Echo Glass: A Novel about Anorexia Nervosa” by Heather Morall, and “Shrink: A Journey Through Anorexia Nervosa” also by Heather Morall are good and are realistic. as for movies, i wasn’t sure so i googled it and hereseem to be some of the top films about EDs:
